Shrink Packaging

Shrink wrap is made of various types of flexible film. When these films are heated the films shrink and tension is created, this tension is used to bind one or more products together in a neat tight package.

In some cases a corrugated, chipboard or plastic insert is used to reinforce the strength of the packaging. Shrink film is an excellent and inexpensive option for packaging many items. It can also be used for outdoor weather protection of large items like boats, generators and even cars.
